For Admission

Preschool

(age 3–5 years)

Preschool years mark a transformative shift in early childhood education. This stage emphasizes play-based, activity-oriented, and experiential learning, laying a strong foundation for every child’s holistic growth and lifelong learning journey.

Aligned with the NEP framework, our school has adopted a learner-centric approach that integrates curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment to nurture essential skills such as curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. The focus extends beyond academics to include socio-emotional development, moral values, physical well-being, and cultural awareness.

Our implementation involves:

  • Structured and inclusive early learning environment designed to make learning joyful and meaningful.
  • Continuous, formative assessment methods that emphasize progress and personal growth over rote learning.
  • Teacher training and professional development to strengthen classroom practices.
  • Integration of pre-primary and early primary education, ensuring smooth continuity across ages 3 to 8.

Through these initiatives, we aim to realize the vision of building a strong educational foundation that empowers every child to become a confident, capable, and compassionate learner prepared for future success.

Early Primary School

(Grades 1 and 2)

Grades 1 and 2 as part of the Foundational Stage (ages 3–8 years) — a crucial period in which children transition from play-based early learning to more structured, integrated, and joyful classroom experiences. This stage emphasizes the development of strong literacy and numeracy skills, along with social, emotional, and cognitive growth, forming the bedrock for lifelong learning.

At our school, we have thoughtfully implemented NEP guidelines in Grades 1 and 2 through a child-centred and experiential approach, ensuring that learning remains engaging, inclusive, and meaningful.

Key Features of Implementation

  • Playful and Experiential Learning:
Learning continues to be rooted in exploration, play, and hands-on activities that help children connect concepts with real-life experiences.
  • Early Literacy and Numeracy Development:
Structured and interactive learning programs focus on reading, writing, speaking, and mathematical thinking, enabling children to build fluency and confidence.
  • Integrated Curriculum:
Subjects are connected through themes and projects that blend art, music, storytelling, environmental studies, and physical education, promoting holistic development.
  • Focus on Socio-Emotional Growth:
Classroom experiences are designed to nurture empathy, cooperation, self-expression, and confidence, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Continuous and Formative Assessment:
Assessments are observation-based and developmental, focusing on progress, understanding, and creativity rather than rote memorization.
  • Empowered Educators:
Teachers receive regular professional training in early childhood pedagogy, enabling them to use NEP-aligned strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

Through these practices, we ensure that the Foundational Stage in Grades 1 and 2 truly reflects the spirit of NEP 2020 — providing every child with a joyful, stimulating, and equitable start to their learning journey, where curiosity is celebrated and confidence begins to grow.
